Job Description
SIGN ON BONUS TO ELIGIBLE NEW HIRES
- 25% after 120 days
- 25%after 240 days
- 50% after 360 days*must be within good attendance standing
One game: $6500
Two games: $7000
Two games: (with craps) $8000
Three games (no craps): $8500
Three games (and one of the three is craps): $10000.
All major games (with craps): $10000
RATE OF PAY: $7.25 (Game Knowledge Tokes) / $32.00 Supervisor
Status: FullTime
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directs and runs the dealer rotation system.
- Determines the appropriate mix and spread of the poker games.
- Oversees the lists and seating for the games in progress.
- Oversees the banking functions involved in the running of a shift.
- Makes rules and decisions pertaining to the games in progress.
- Delegates responsibilities to the poker dealing staff.
- Represents the Poker Department in dealings with other departments during the course of the shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Poker Room Management Team.
