Pay Rate/Range: $1820/hr
Description: The Aftermarket Associate is responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure efficient operations within the department. Key duties include promptly responding to customer emails and phone calls providing onsite support to team members and preparing quotes processing sales orders and generating invoices. The role also involves managing documents through filing scanning and copying as well as coordinating travel arrangements for repair technicians. Additional responsibilities include maintaining FAA Repair Station records creating shipping documents and labels drafting correspondence and proposals managing department expense reports and purchasing supplies while monitoring raw material inventory levels. The associate also provides backup front desk coverage when needed and communicates work status or issues to the team and management in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:High school diploma or GED required prior customer service strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS office.
