We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nations most integrated healthcare systems with over 1300 providers in Indianapolis IN. This opportunity is located at our Family Medicine Care Scatterfield at 3125 S. Scatterfield Road Suite 300 Anderson IN 46013.

Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a family medicine trained advanced practice provider to work at our outpatient Family Medicine Care Scatterfield location.

Experience
- Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
- Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
