Job Description
Reports To:
Manager Housekeeping Shift
Job Duties- Assists in cleaning of halls public restrooms showers and lavatory.
- Responsible for the deep cleaning of guest rooms to include lifting and moving of furniture (beds mattresses dressers and nightstands) operation of heavy vacuum cleaner wet and dry vacuum and carpet extraction machine. (approximately 7 rooms are deep cleaned per day)
- Provides Family Style Service at all times
- Promotes positive customer relations.
- May perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to attendant regulations as well as company and internal controls policies and procedures.
