THE ROLE
As Controller youll lead all financial operations for this established organization directly supporting their mission to provide essential community services through public funding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic financial oversight and planning
- Development of robust accounting policies and controls
- Budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Management of funding agency relationships and compliance
- Leadership of the finance team
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years financial management experience with bachelors degree in accounting/related field (CPA a plus)
- Medicaid knowledge preferred
- Experience with publiclyfunded organizations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
