Leif Johnson Automotive has served Central Texas drivers for nearly 60 years. Our flagship Austin store needs a proven Service Advisor who delivers clear communication and toptier customer care.
Role at a glance
Welcome each guest listen closely and translate concerns into accurate repair requests
Build transparent estimates and keep customers informed until keys are back in their hands
Coordinate with technicians to hit promised timelines and quality standards
Close repair orders review warranties and ensure every visitor leaves confident in our work
Qualifications
Youll bring
2 years as a dealership or independentshop Service Advisor
Solid grasp of maintenance and repair operations
Calm multitasker who communicates well by phone text and in person
Familiarity with DMS / servicelane software (CDK Reynolds etc.)
Valid TX drivers license and clean record
