Full Time 0.9 FTE
Day Shift Friday Sunday 8:00 AM 8:00 PM( oncall holidays that fall on weekends)
* $20000.00 new hire signon bonus now through June! *

Responsibilities
Join an amazing team at a nationally recognized Top Place to Work in Healthcare! As a Home Care RN with UnityPoint at Home youll provide oneonone care to patients with total autonomy over your role. With a flexible schedule and independence our home care nurses do the admit paperwork. This Nurse is doing the visit/care for the patient. They follow the care plansimilar to hospital bed side care but in home care setting and make it possible for patients to receive care where theyre most comfortable in their homes.
The Home Care RN uses clinical nursing knowledge physical assessment teaching and procedural skills to deliver high quality patient care in the patients place of residence. The RN contributes to the development of the home health plan of care. The RN delivers patient care directed by the physician as established in the home health plan of care that is consistent with clinical best practices and results in high quality improved outcomes and exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate of State Board approved program for Registered Nurses and valid license as RN in state(s) where providing care.
- Valid licensed driver with automobile insurance in accordance with state(s) and/or organizational requirements.
- Mandatory Reporter: Child & Dependent Adult Abuse.
- Person Centered Care (PCC) course completion within first 12 months of hire and annual completion of competency validation activities.
- CPR: Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Card with Recertification.
