Job Description
Auburn School Department is seeking a candidate who is excited about joining our very supportive school community!Sherwood Heights is seeking an eligible K6 Multi Language Learner teacher candidate who: Teaches district approved curriculum aligned to Maine Learning Results and local curriculum the Lau Plan at assigned records and meets federal state and local with MLL coordinator school administrators and school staff in meeting appropriate instructional English proficiency assessments( i.e. ACCESS ACCESS online screening).Implements accommodations on the MEA and local designated common the curriculum and instructional practices in meeting Maine Learning Results standards and local curriculum and learning collaboratively with classroom teachers special education and Title I regularly scheduled professional learning team meetings with MLL staff throughout the and regularly communicates with MLL educational technicians (as the program grows).Schedules student daily participation in the MLL Program whether it be Pullout or Pushin services as appropriate to each as a resource to students and parents for educational related a classroom environment that is conducive to learning across all grade levels. Builds relationships with students and families to support their educational program.
