Located just minutes away from the heart of North Conway Ledges Restaurant offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic culinary team in a thriving and beautiful destination.

Line Cook position is eligible for $1000 sign on bonus with $500 paid after 90 days and $500 paid after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Prep for Success: Set up and stock stations with precision and care to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain Par Levels: Maintain optimal station prep levels to meet the days service demands with finesse.
- Create Delightful Dishes: Bring our menu items to life on your station adhering to our culinary standards and goals.
- Team Harmony: Thrive in a supportive teambased environment collaborating seamlessly with fellow culinary professionals.
- Effective Communication: Maintain open communication with the Culinary Manager to ensure the days plan is executed flawlessly.
- Safety Above All: Operate a clean and organized station following strict food safety guidelines and minimizing crosscontamination risks.
- Seamless Service Execution: Work in harmony with fellow line cooks to ensure synchronized and timely meal preparation.
- Professionalism Personified: Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with colleagues and customers.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a line cook preferably within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques seasoning methods meat and vegetable preparation and safe food handling practices.
- While prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous it is not mandatory.
