Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to oversee highimpact commercial projects Complete Conversions is actively seeking qualified and driven Site Foreman to manage job sites for commercial multifamily and tenant fitout projects across the Maryland D.C. and Virginia areas.
With over 30 years of experience Complete Conversions is a familyowned general contractor known for quality integrity and reliability. We are expanding rapidly and looking for professionals who want to grow with us.
What Youll Do:
As a Foreman you will be the point person on the ground responsible for the successful execution of construction projects from mobilization to closeout.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daytoday field operations and onsite personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and quality specifications
- Schedule subcontractors deliveries and inspections in line with project timelines
- Maintain accurate daily logs reports and site documentation
- Communicate clearly with Project managers Subcontractors Vendors Inspectors and Clients
- Interpret and implement blueprints specifications and construction documents
- Conduct site walkthroughs and punch lists; ensure a highquality finished product
- Troubleshoot field issues and maintain clean organized job sites
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Foreman in commercial and/or multifamily construction
- Skilled in tenant fitouts fire damage restoration or multifamily housing construction.
- Strong leadership communication and conflictresolution skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading site scheduling and documentation
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety procedures
- Proficient in basic digital tools (email scheduling apps etc.)
- Valid drivers license required
