Medical/Legal Release of Information (ROI) Representative
Reno NV (onsite)
Pay: $48500/year
The following describes the practices and processes that must be part of contractor s ROI services:
- Process all type of medico/legal (e.g. tort claims subpoenas etc.) first party and third party ROI requests in accordance with federal and VA rules regulations and directives.
- Process duplicate records from paper charts.
- Retrieving documents from electronic health records.
- Coordinate requests for information from Radiology and Pathology Lab.
- Provide customer service to VA Veterans and associates for all types of ROI requests and questions.
- Provide backoffice ROI support services.
Normal Hours of Operation:
Contractor shall provide 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday hours of operation.
Requires NACI lowlevel/OPM Security Background Investigations and Personal Identification Verification (PIV). Staff will work onsite to provide customer service and ROI processing at the hospitals Veterans Business Center and the Kietzke Health Administration Service office.
