HighLevel Description: The Project Manager Level 4 oversees highcomplexity IT projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements. This role is critical in managing schedules budgets and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
Detailed Description: The Project Manager Level 4 will lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of largescale IT projects within the DIA CIO Infrastructure Services framework. Responsibilities include creating project plans coordinating crossfunctional efforts managing risks and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. The individual will engage with stakeholders to define project scope and expectations leveraging PMBOK standards and ITIL best practices to maintain compliance and efficiency. This role also involves budget management contract oversight and performance reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in IT Business or a related field.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum 8 years of project management experience with at least 4 years managing federal IT projects.
Familiarity with DoD and IC systems and security requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing diverse teams.
