Job Summary:
Piping Technology & Products Inc. is seeking a skilled and detailoriented CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating computercontrolled machinery to cut shape and finish a variety of materials such as wood plastic aluminum and composites. This position plays a key role in producing highquality precision parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC routers to produce Fire temp.
- Interpret blueprints technical drawings and CAD files.
- Load and secure materials onto the router table.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools and machine attachments.
- Input and edit the program or other machine instructions as necessary.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper cutting and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean work area.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to design specs.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation for each job as required by quality standards.
