MORI is hiring a Civil Engineer to support the FAAs Infrastructure Engineering Center under the NISC IV program. Youll lead the design review and oversight of critical FAA infrastructure projectsranging from remote towers to facility renovationswith a focus on safety reliability and technical excellence.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and review civil engineering plans for FAA construction and renovation projects
- Conduct feasibility studies site inspections and technical evaluations
- Support field activities including Joint and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (JAI/CAI)
- Prepare reports and ensure documentation aligns with FAA standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver complete engineering packages
- Bachelors (4 yrs exp) or Masters (2 yrs exp) in Civil Engineering
- Experience with site development tower/shelter design utilities and concrete/foundation work
- Familiarity with NEPA stormwater permitting and construction risk management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MicroStation and project management tools (Primavera MS Project CWP)
- FAAspecific systems: NASET NASEB CWP
- HAZMAT HVAC grounding fire detection and security systems
