Required Skills & Experience:
- Clinical Expertise:

Nurse anesthetists must be able to assess patients medical conditions anticipate risks and make timely informed decisions to ensure patient safety and optimize outcomes. - Communication Skills:
Effective communication with patients families surgeons anesthesiologists and other healthcare team members is crucial throughout the patients journey. - Attention to Detail:
