Job Description
Rydell Toyota of Grand Forks is looking for a dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all service operations within the dealership ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining highquality standards.
Schedule/Pay
- Salaried position with a typical schedule starting at 7am but may also require some nights and weekends. We are closed on Sunday.
- Salary range of $70K$90K based on experience

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians the Service Drive and the Parts Department
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity in the service department
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and technologies
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
