Customer SolutionsThe successful candidate will directly manage multiple UX researchers across the Digital Banking Experiences portfolio in Canada/US in evolving our current state and nextgeneration experiences. They will lead strategic UX Research roadmap planning through collaborative workshops & rituals with Design Product & Technology partners ensuring UXR team efforts are focused on most critical research areas. They will create a culture of openness; proactively seeks out and acts on feedback from team; encourages challenging and honest conversations work closely with peers and encourages crossteam collaborations to continue to evolve the UX Research craft within BMO Digital
Understands how new consumer and business customers approach search evaluation and selection of a banking solution. Strategically negotiates design solutions in relation to business goals. Helps organizations through a better understanding of the customer use preferences and needs by analyzing Voice of the Customer. Designs and facilitates research programsanalyzes data to deliver unique insights. Connects research questions and insights that bring out intuitive designs and support strategy and product development. Collaborates with Design Marketing Product and Technology stakeholders both inside and outside of the team.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
