Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Subdivision and Land Development Plans.
- Grading and Utility (water and sanitary sewer) design.
- Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control design and reporting.
- Stormwater Management design and reporting.
- Road alignment and profiling.
- Agency Permitting in support of various projects (Chapter 102 NPDES Chapter 105 FEMA etc.)
- Quantity takeoff and cost estimating.
- Assist with Municipal Engineering projects.
- Construction Surveillance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT with intention to obtain PE licensure
- Proven working experience in civil engineering including 25 years of land development design
- Experience with site layout design including grading drainage erosion and sedimentation control sanitary sewer and stormwater management
- Familiarity with Federal State & County regulations pertaining to approval process
- Strong communication organization and interpersonal skills including proven experience working on multiple projects in a timely & costeffective manner
- Strong technical skills and a knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
