Sheehy Lexus of Annapolisis looking to hireBDC Sales Associates! As aBDC Sales Associate you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via the Internet phone and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service organization and followthrough are required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service. We would like you to be part of our future growth!

$18.00/HR Plus Bonus

Responsibilities
- AssistUpgradeteam by uploading customer vehicles in vehicle appraisal system in our service lane
- Talk to customers about selling their vehicle to us both in person and over the phone
- Make upwards of 60 calls a day
- Be able to work on their feet
- Meet Monthly Purchase Quota
- Enter data in a timely manner
- Work with the Used Car Manager to identify current vehicle needs
- Meet with the management team regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analysis
- Be outgoing friendly energetic and professional with excellent customer service attentiveness and followup skills
Requirements
- Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers via phone and email
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of a department or business goal
- Must be able to read write and type reports/correspondence.
- Customer service sales or telemarketing background helpful
- Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills
- A positive attitude exceptional work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Computer literacy organization skills followup skills typing skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a preemployment background screening MVR and drug test
- Must have a valid drivers license
