Lead Stylist
Hive & Colony is looking for a talented Lead Stylist to join our team in King of Prussia! We offer exciting development opportunities performance-related remuneration (hourly plus commission) and a comprehensive benefits package (health vision and dental) for an excellent work-life balance.

Hive & Colony combines fashion and technology to make premium tailor-made suits and shirts for men. We offer over 500 options of made-to-measure fabrics for suits pants blazers vests shirts and coats. The client can complete the look with our line of accessories which include ties belts cuff links wallets bags and socks.
About the Role
As a full-time stylist you will be an expert on Hive & Colonys style design quality and service. You will be a trusted adviser for an innovating and modern company that believes in exceptional customer service to all new and existing clients while supporting the overall operations of the store.
- Conduct precise measurements to produce custom fittings for our clients.
- Focus on driving business by meeting revenue expectations and personal sales goals.
- Always maintain a professional demeanor with colleagues and customers.
- Take pride in appearance and follow grooming guidelines.
- Handle products with care and responsibility.
- Complete all stylist trainings on product knowledge and technology.
- Enhance clients experience with conversation and building the relationship by being a brand advocate.
- Communicate promotional events to clients.
- Ask high-value questions to engage with customers and ascertain their needs and requirements.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients by link selling and telling engaging stories about them.
- Offer assistance to colleagues to ensure all customers experiences are enhanced with teamwork and a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Provide each client a personalized experience through follow-up on recent purchases.
- Support team by always maintaining a clean and tidy environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal skills
- Able to problem solve as issues arise
- Retail experience of 2 years
