At our company we specialize in taking our clients product inquiries and turning them into profitable accounts. This consultative approach has increased our clients brand popularity and created additional opportunities within our company for growth and development. Our entrylevel Customer Service and Sales Representatives continue to be the point of contact for our customer accounts. They initiate maintain and sustain relationships with each of our customers to bolster ROI and revenue.
Internally we focus on the growth and development of our Customer Service and Sales Representatives. Since the growth we have seen over the last few months we are seeking someone who can start with us at entrylevel but is invested in the longterm benefits of organic growth with a company. EntryLevel Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Execute engagement strategy connect with potential customer accounts and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of services
- Be a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward customer service
- Negotiate inquiries with precision while overturning any additional customer objections
- Participate and engage in ongoing inhouse training and development with other entrylevel Customer Service and Sales Representatives
- Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges
What We Are Looking For In Our Next EntryLevel Customer Service and Sales Representative:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 12 years of experience in customer service sales retail or related field is highly encouraged
- Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics
- Impeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situations
- Discipline to selfdedication to constant learning and improvement
- The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Approachable friendly and positive demeanor while working with entrylevel Customer Service and Sales Representatives and customers
