• Arrange for delivery of materials to the jobsite and communicate timelines with clients.
• Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the owner and other team members.
• Run multiple jobsites efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate w/ subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
• Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated tracked and being proactively managed.
• Manage and coordinate the daytoday field work to ensure it is conducted according to our company Trustpoints within the scope of the contract within budget and compliant with codes and ordinances.
• Plan construct install and repair structures and fixtures using wood and other materials.
• Measure cut and shape wood plastic and other materials with expert precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical documents.
• Supervise and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with designers contractors and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
• Maintain tools and workspaces in excellent condition.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high level quality of work performed
• Ability to identify problems and come to timely and cost effective solutions.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Able to drill for hinges.
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts.
• Able to install rollout trays in cabinets.
• Strong self starter with ability to identify issues and offer timely and costeffective solutions.
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw band saw power hand saw router planer and powered nail gun.
• Minimum of 810 years of professional carpentry experience.
• Proven experience in highend residential or commercial construction.
• Mastery of carpentry techniques tools and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification (preferred).
