We are a district that serves over 6700 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 14 two middle schools for grades 58 and one high school for grades 912.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
The employee service specialist provides daily support to operations and the delivery of human resource services with specific responsibilities for talent acquisition recruiting and onboarding management of substitute staff and system administration and providing Employee Services administrative support. Work is performed under the daily supervision of the Employee Services supervisor and the performance supervision of the Executive Director of Administrative Services.
Start date:June 2 2025 August 29 2025
Contract: 260 days
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or other related fields strongly preferred. One to three years of human resources or similar job experience is preferred.
Starting Salary Range:$20$25/hour commensuratewith experience.
Benefits:this seasonal position is nonbenefiteligible position except thatEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST)will be provided as required by law for either license type.
