$250K $300K base 50% bonus equity potential
Build a Legacy by stepping into the #2 Role of a National Roofing Powerhouse
Lead operations for a $200M commercial roofing platform backed by private equitywith serious scale real impact and longterm wealth creation on the table.
Your Role
The COO will oversee national operations and work directly with the CEO and CFO to improve performance across the company.
Youll manage and grow multilocation P&Ls lead a team of company presidents and support branch growth and integration of future acquisitions. This is a handson leadership role with travel to branches in the western U.S. (2540% of the time).

This private equitybacked commercial roofing company is growing fast. Since acquiring their first roofing business in 2020 theyve expanded to 20 locations and are now generating $200M in revenue with 650 employees.
Theyre focused on service and maintenance national accounts and strong local sales with projects split between reroofing (60%) service (25%) and new construction (15%).
In the next 12 years the company plans to unite its branches under a single national brand.
What Were Looking For
- 10 years in senior leadership
- Experience managing multilocation P&Ls
- Background in fieldbased construction businesses
- Strong communicator with a collaborative handson style
- Bonus if you have: roofing experience service/maintenance background or private equity exposure
