Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented Digital Print Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating digital printing equipment and a strong understanding of color management and design software. This role involves setting up running and maintaining digital printing machines to produce highquality custom water bottles that meet our clients specifications.
Position Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment ensuring efficient and accurate production of custom water bottles.
- Manage color profiles and calibrations to ensure color accuracy and consistency across all products.
- Inspect printed products for quality assurance ensuring they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to printing equipment software or materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement new design templates and enhance print quality.
- Maintain inventory of printing materials and supplies coordinating with the purchasing department as needed.
- Keep accurate records of production runs and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented and graphics background
- Color management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to detect quality issues regarding color adhesion contamination
- Prior mechanical or assembly experience
- Mechanically inclined and proven problemsolving skills
- Present a strong customer service focus
- Ability to multitask and change focus as needed
- Knowledge of computers and MS office (excel and outlook)
Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand and use hands for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Ability to work in confined space
- Hours: 2ndShift 2pm 10pm
