The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Lead OSINT Collector (Language Enabled) to work in one of our customers offices (Bethesda MD; Reston VA; DIA HQ; or Cocoa Beach FLA). This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the DoDs OSINT mission. In this mission space we support DIA/OSICs OSINT production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The Leidos effort consists of five main tasks: collecting and reporting mission and information technology architecture policy and OSINT governance support OSINT strategic communications strategy support and OSINT specialized tradecraft and training development support. As one of our Lead OSINT Collectors you will be providing oversight of a regionally focused team while representing Leidos to DIA Government Staff who oversee this effort on behalf of DIA and the DIE. Leidos personnel supporting this effort may operate out of Joint Base AnacostiaBolling Bethesda MD; Reston VA; Patrick Space Force Base FL; possibly Leidos corporate space and coordinate/collaborate with OSINT SMEs across the DIA OSINT Program and throughout the DoD IC and FVEY communities.

Responsibilities Include:

• POC to the Government providing leadership and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to the regionally focused team.

• Responsible for quality and efficiency of teams operations.

• Represents Leidos to Government Staff.

• Responsible for on time delivery of teams contractually required programmatic artifacts.

• Optimizes use of all teams resources to enhance mission efficiency and effectiveness.

• Leads OSINT collection oversees collection activities provides foreign language expertise and ensures reports meet Defense intelligence requirements.

Clearance Required:

• Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Required Experience Skills and Education:

• Bachelors degree and 12 years of OSINT collection experience with advanced language proficiency.

• Experience with working in a dynamically evolving environment as a member of a diverse collaborative and often dispersed team.

Preferred Experience Skills and Education:

• Masters degree in intelligence studies or relevant field.

• DLPT score of 333 or equivalent through other acceptable language testing (LTI ALTA).

• English competency score of 333 through language testing (TOEFL) for nonnative English speakers.

• Certification in OSINT collection.
