The Principal Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that align with our business strategies objectives and IT roadmap. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes enterprise systems and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business transformation through innovative technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of endtoend solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into detailed technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints roadmaps and comprehensive asis and tobe process documentation including business architecture models and technical documentation.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value leveraging best practices in architecture and design.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies tools and frameworks to enhance business capabilities focusing on scalability performance and security.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on business requirements solution design and implementation strategies.
- Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects playing a critical role in Finance Transformation programs (e.g. Supply Chain Procurement Inventory Management Analytics consolidation and implementation).
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
- Monitor and assess the impact of implemented solutions on business performance ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in business and solution architecture business analysis or a related role.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g. Oracle Fusion Azure) and other relevant technologies.
- Extensive experience with microservices architecture APIs and integration patterns including RESTful services and eventdriven architectures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems Supply Chain Management Procurement Inventory Management Analytics and other business applications.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and design scalable highperformance solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery including experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead workshops training sessions and change management activities.
- Proven ability to drive business transformation through technology with a deep understanding of business processes and their relationship to enterprise systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP TOGAF Azure Oracle) are a plus.
- Knowledge of PowerPlan and/or IBMs Maximo is a plus.

- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate architectural vision to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in dynamic fastpaced environments with shifting priorities.
- Proactive in identifying technology gaps risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Capable of mentoring other architects and technical leads promoting best practices in solution design and implementation.
- Resilient under pressure with a commitment to quality performance and delivery.
