BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Nurse Supervisor/Clinical Manager for our Tucson Skilled Nursing office.

As an RN Nurse Supervisor or Clinical Manager your day may look like this!
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Tucson AZ and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise nursing staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Participate in the training of new nurses andinservices for field staff.
The clinical manager leads field staff in delivering excellent client service clinical care quality and adherence to policies and procedures. The clinical manager is also accountable for internal case management and field staff evaluation and development.
- Conduct client assessments and complete the care planning process
- Responsible for clinical and case management
- Provide clinical oversight supervision and development of field employees
- Review field employee documentation and clinical performance
If youre a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills this could be your dream job!
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience
