We re expanding our presence in Florence South Carolina and seeking a highperforming relationshipdriven sales professional to lead our client acquisition efforts in the region.
Position Overview
As our Community Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing and executing a hyperlocal growth strategy to acquire new HOA COA and POA clients in Florence and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who understands community dynamics has a strong network of decisionmakers and is eager to drive meaningful growth through trustbased outreach and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify engage and convert prospective association clients through warm and cold outreach
Leverage your local network of real estate professionals service vendors and community leaders to generate leads
Attend and host events board meetings and seminars to position Community Association Management as the superior choice
Deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition service packages and Florencespecific initiatives
Partner with marketing and operations to execute localized campaigns from digital advertising to direct mail and inperson outreach
Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools and report regularly on progress and market feedback
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in B2B sales community development or real estate services
Strong knowledge of the Florence SC market must reside locally
Existing network of HOA board members developers vendors or related stakeholders strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to signed service agreement and successful client onboarding
Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and presentation skills
Highly selfmotivated organized and driven to meet or exceed ambitious goals
