Position Summary:
We are seeking a confident experienced and missiondriven Home Health Administrator to lead our Washington D.C. office. This is a fully onsite leadership positionnot remote or hybridand is critical to maintaining exceptional clinical and operational standards across our services in the District.

What Youll Be Doing:
Provide onsite leadership to ensure seamless agency operations and service delivery
Ensure regulatory compliance with federal D.C. and Medicare/Medicaid home health standards
Collaborate closely with clinical staff referral partners patients and families
Manage agency budgets staffing quality initiatives and performance goals
Oversee preparation for audits licensure reviews and survey readiness
Promote a culture of accountability teamwork and compassionate care
Guide hiring training evaluation and retention of staff
Continuously review and enhance operational procedures to meet evolving care needs
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or related field (Masters preferred)
Eligibility or licensure to serve as a Home Health Administrator in Washington D.C.
Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in home health care
Indepth understanding of CMS D.C. Department of Health and home health regulations
Strong leadership teambuilding and problemsolving abilities
Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work fully onsite providing direct support and guidance to teams and patients
