In this role youll collaborate with HR professionals to resolve data inconsistencies support core HR functions and gain handson experience in a dynamic missiondriven environment. Responsibilities- Provide daily support to the S&I HR Essential Team HR Managers and HR Generalists on a variety of HR functions including hiring processes degree verifications and HRIS data updates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal customer inquiries and service requests.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies within HR systems.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives that support the broader goals of the S&I HR team.
Qualifications- Currently enrolled in a college or university program or a recent graduate (within the past 12 months).
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) and other common business software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Collaborative team player who upholds and promotes the standards and teachings of the Church in the workplace.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and navigate complex processes.
