This position is overtime eligible per FLSA Standards.
If this position is filled internally the wage rate will be determined in accordance with the contract.

Provides support & service to information system users on a computer or telecommunication network running in stand alone client/server webbased &/or networked environment using established methods & procedures; performs routine analysis to resolve problems.
Provides installation & monitoring support to IT specialists (e.g. unpacks stages &/or racks hardware performs setup & installation for hardware &/or software; network connectivity learns & changes application coding specifications installs telecommunications hardware & wiring monitors systems & notifies higherlevel staff of any concerns).
Promotes system security & awareness by adhering to the Agencys &/or States IT security policy(s) & standards.
