About the Marketing & Growth Organization
The Marketing & Growth Organization is AT&Ts marketing engine responsible for driving sustainable growth by deeply understanding and championing our customers captivating them with compelling products services and experiences; and building a culturally relevant and beloved brand. Overview:
We are seeking aPrincipal Content Strategistwith a blend of creativity and strategic expertise to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic content development possess exceptional writing and editing skills and demonstrate a sharp attention to detail. As a forwardthinker youll craft content strategies that align with AT&Ts brand goals while driving results.
This role focuses on creating compelling content forConsumer Wireless and Fiber offers. A deep understanding of content best practices and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy
- Develop and implement content strategies that foster engagement and align with organizational goals.
- Continuously refine and improve content to ensure clarity impact and relevance.
- Conduct research to understand audience needs and preferences.
- Maintain expertise in assigned product/portfolio areas.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using data and user feedback.
Content Creation and Management
- Ensure all content is accurate uptodate and adheres to AT&Ts brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with sales design and operations teams to maintain consistent and cohesive messaging across platforms.
Internal Website and Document Repository
- Oversee the strategy maintenance and optimization of AT&Ts internal website and document repository.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) preferred.
- Experience:
- 7 years in content creation content strategy or related fields.
- Experience in selling telecom solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage largescale content projects in agile environments.
- Skills:
- Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically analyze complex scenarios and make datadriven decisions.
