Job Description
Position Description:
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python.
Build and enhance test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define test strategies and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Execute automated tests analyze results and report defects to the development team.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans test cases and test scripts.
Perform manual testing to validate new features and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify document and track defects found during manual testing.
Design develop and execute API tests to ensure the reliability and performance of backend services.
Analyze API test results and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers providing technical leadership and support.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve test automation practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in test automation tools and techniques.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Relevant certifications in software testing and automation (e.g. ISTQB Certified Selenium Professional) are a plus.
Experience:
46 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium and Python.
Handson experience with continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions) and version control systems (e.g. Git).
Experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience in API manual and Automation testing
