Job Description
Implement and maintain proper safety hygiene (5S) in the production area (Hourly
Follow proper operation of the printer. Take control of standard parameters.
Perform product conversion and set specs for new
Implement and maintain consistent quality control procedures on the print
Adjust the machine to the parameters of the product in accordance with the standards meet the requirements
Report of quality incident damaged machinery safety during operation (Hourly)
Perform troubleshooting work on the machine
Operate the machine at the speed established for each label.
Control and find ways to reduce the amount of damage to the running machine
Implement and ensure and ensure the fulfillment of orders according to the required plan

Make production reports on demand and make sure all reports are done correctly according to the process.
Attend all safety training.
Understand and implement custom ISO and other standards
Qualifications :
ITI / Diploma / Degree
Freshers and Experienced in printing
Must be motivated towards productivity improvements safety and quality awareness
Must possess or acquire within specified timing any licenses necessary to perform job
Skilled in working independently in a safe and timely manner necessary.
