Job Description
Roles and responsibilities of our Care Assistants:
Every client is different so theres plenty of variety but your Care Assistant role may include the following:
- Spending time with clients
- Going on trips or accompanying clients to appointments
- Assisting with personal care
- Providing support with medication
- Helping with housework
- Preparing meals
- Going shopping with or for clients
Whatever our Care Assistants are doing theyre dedicated to providing excellent and warmhearted care. In turn our Care Assistants know that theyre working for a company that knows them personally and values the fantastic work they do.

Ideal skill set we are looking for:
We welcome people who are new to care as well as experienced Care Assistants. Were looking for kind caring people who share our ethos and values. Youll need to be able to engage well with people and to be reliable and trustworthy.
Please note that access to reliable transport is required. Employment is subject to a successful enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
