Job Description
Are you passionate about shaping cuttingedge IT and infrastructure solutions Wavenet is looking for a dynamic Presales Solution Architect to play a critical role in advising customers shaping requirements and designing highlevel technical solutions that deliver real business value.
As part of our expert technical team youll work on the frontline of innovationpartnering with Sales Engineering and key stakeholders to qualify opportunities create compelling solution designs and ensure smooth transitions from proposal to delivery. Youll engage with Clevel executives contribute to bids and tenders and stay ahead of market trends to help drive growth across our infrastructure services.

What Youll Be Doing
- Design highlevel IT solutions that meet customer needs and business goals
- Join sales meetings to qualify opportunities and shape technical proposals
- Work with stakeholders across all levels from engineers to execs
- Lead solution design ensuring its robust aligned and ready for delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and present multitechnology solutions
- Support bids proposals and handovers to delivery teams
- Keep documentation costs and project timelines accurate and up to date
- Stay ahead of tech trends and Wavenets evolving product portfolio
- Ensure compliance with internal processes security and governance
- Pitch in on marketing initiatives and training to keep your skills sharp
Qualifications :
What Youll Need to Have Done
- Successfully designed and delivered IT solutions within the UK Managed Services market aligning with customer needs and business strategy.
- Converted complex presales opportunities into closed deals contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Created highlevel solution designs and compelling bid responses that win contracts across midmarket and enterprise clients.
- Collaborated effectively across sales technical and leadership teams to build unified scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills engaging confidently with both technical stakeholders and Clevel executives.
- Built a deep understanding of customer environments translating requirements into tailored valuedriven solutions.
- Navigated public sector procurement or bid governance processes with ease and professionalism.
