Job Title: Social Worker Hospital Discharge Manchester
Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: 30
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Hospital Team based in Manchester.
Job Overview:
- Position:Hospital discharge social worker
- Contract duration:5 months
- Location:Wythenshawe hospital
- Working hours:35 hours a week typically9 AM to 4:30 PM
- Work arrangement: Primarily onsite at Wythenshawe hospital with up to2 days hybrid working per weekdepending on demand
- Team environment:Friendly and supportiveteam of social workers who work closely to support hospital discharges

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.
