Accor needs to recruit expertise in this field to manage the relationship deliver the rights and lead the activation of sponsorships.
This is a permanent role to start now. It will be supported by specialist sponsorship agencies.
KEY TASKS
Sponsorship Management
- Lead the day to day rights holder relationship
- Ensure delivery of contractual rights
- Set up KPIs for the sponsorships and implement a measurement approach in line with Accors framework
- Regular internal reporting to key stakeholders on progress and updates
Sponsorship Activation
Lead the development and implementation of a global sponsorship activation programme working with a specialist agency appropriate Brand teams internal business units & regional hub teams:
- At event(s)
- PR & Content/Social
- Limitless experiences
- B2B Hospitality
Exploitation of new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal Accor BUs to identify and unlock new business opportunities for the Group through the sponsorships (Resa EventsPotel & Chabot or hotel catering John Paul etc...)
- Identify enhancements and win/win opportunities to showcase Accors approach to hospitality for the benefit of all parties
Internal (Accor) liaison and coordination
- Coordinate local hub activation plans & delivery
- Collaborate with brands as appropriate
Qualifications :
PROFILE
Global sponsorship management experience (5y minimum)
Leading projects
Understanding of marketing and digital landscapes and experience in sponsorship activation
Understanding of brand marketing
Relationship building and persuasion skills
Self starter
Strong collaborator and management skills
Strong communication skills
Fluent English and French required
