Job Description
As the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Omio you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys financial strategy and driving performance. Acting as a strategic finance business partner youll collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure financial plans are aligned with Omios broader business objectives delivering insights that influence key decisions and fuel sustainable growth.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Deliver clear actionable monthly financial and management reports that inform decisionmaking for both internal leaders and external stakeholders
- Perform deepdive variance analyses and trend reviews turning financial data into strategic insights and identifying areas for efficiency and growth
- Drive the biannual OPEX and CAPEX planning cycles aligning financial forecasts with longterm business priorities
- Monitor and report on capital investments and the development of internally generated intangible assets ensuring transparency and alignment with value creation goals
- Act as a proactive finance business partner to group function leaderschallenging assumptions supporting strategic decisions and driving commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with accounting teams to support accurate and timely monthend closes while reviewing results to ensure financial integrity and clarity
- Coach and develop junior team members fostering a highperforming and futureready finance team
- Provide ondemand financial analysis and reporting to support key business initiatives and executive decisionmaking
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience in FP&A financial controlling or a similar roledemonstrating a strong track record in financial reporting analysis and business partnering
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategic insights
- Proven expertise in financial modelling budgeting and forecasting to support sound business decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Solid understanding of relevant accounting standards and compliance frameworks (e.g. IFRS HGB)
- Handson experience with financial systems and toolspreferably Workday or similar platforms
- Comfortable operating in a fastpaced evolving environment where adaptability and initiative are key
