- Abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personal BWL oder Controlling
- Erste Erfahrung im HR Controlling oder in der Personaladministration
- Analytisches Denken strukturierte und sorgfltige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute ExcelKenntnisse (idealerweise Pivot Formeln)
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Diskret kommunikationsstark und teamfhig
