Day Camp Leader (Inclusion)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hour work week)

Salary: $ 22.88 per hour Pay Grade 103 (under review)

Day Camp Leader (Inclusion):

This position is focused on inclusion support providing a safe and supportive camp experience by working directly with children and youth requiring additional support due to various developmental physical or behavioral needs.

KEY DUTIES

Main tasks include programming leading and supervising children in camps throughout the summer. Candidates will have a sound knowledge of games crafts sports outdoor recreation weekly program planning and risk management. Strong leadership abilities along with an understanding of how to effectively work with children is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Standard First Aid and CPR C are required.

A Class 4 Drivers License is an asset.

Successful applicants will be required to provide criminal record clearance as a condition of employment.
