En tant quassoci aux ventes vous laborerez le plan de vente de lentreprise pour les diffrents clients afin de faire crotre les activits commerciales et de fixer des objectifs court terme appropris en vue des prsentations aux clients. Vous travaillerez galement la ralisation dobjectifs long terme et excuterez les plans daffaires territoriaux relatifs la gamme de produits afin datteindre et de dpasser les objectifs de vente de la division slectionne.
Ce poste VOUS donnera loccasion de diriger des activits importantes afin de faire voluer VOTRE carrire. Ces responsabilits comprennent les suivantes :
Intgrer efficacement la connaissance des produits dans un dialogue informatif pertinent qui offre aux clients un point de vue clair
Amliorer la comprhension des produits des stratgies du positionnement et du plan daction de GSK ainsi que de ceux de ses plus importants concurrents.
Dterminer comment les patients et les professionnels de la sant sorientent au sein du systme de sant et intgrer ces connaissances lors des discussions avec le client.
tablir et maintenir un rseau de professionnels de la sant pour accrotre les ventes de la gamme de produits.
Faire un budget et utiliser efficacement les ressources disponibles ( linterne et lexterne) afin de crer de la valeur pour nos clients.
Veiller ce que votre travail contribue aux objectifs de lentreprise et utiliser votre jugement pour influencer les dcisions au bon moment et de manire thique.
Trouver les meilleures solutions pour lentreprise en travaillant avec des gens linterne et lexterne.
Collaborer avec les autres intervenants et tablir des relations interpersonnelles efficaces pour gnrer de nouvelles ides et obtenir de meilleurs rsultats.

Comptences de base
Nous sommes la recherche dun professionnel possdant les comptences requises cidessous pour atteindre nos objectifs :
Diplme universitaire de premier cycle
Au moins 1 an dexprience dans un contexte de vente sur le terrain en contact avec la clientle ou de gestion de territoire.
Permis de conduire valide.*
Exprience pralable en ventes dans un contexte pharmaceutique hautement concurrentiel.
Connaissance de Word dExcel et de PowerPoint.
*Ce poste exige que lemploy conduise rgulirement pour le compte de la socit et permet la mise disposition dun vhicule lou par la socit. Toutefois pour pouvoir prtendre ce poste et un vhicule de socit GSK devra obtenir des rsultats acceptables lissue dune enqute de vrification du permis de conduire et dun examen du dossier de conduite par rapport aux exigences de son programme de conduite prudente.

As a Sales Associate you will develop the business sales plan for individual customers to grow the business and set appropriate shortterm objectives for customer calls. Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelors degree
1 or more years of experience in a customerfacing Field Sales or Territory Management environment
Valid drivers license*
Previous sales experience in a pharmaceutical environment
Experience with Word Excel and Power Point
*This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company leased vehicle. However to be eligible for this position and a company vehicle GSK will need to obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and drivers abstract review against its safe driver program requirements.
