Student Project Coordinator (Greater Toronto Area)What Youll Be Working On
Our internships and Coops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project thatwill allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility while receiving supportfrom an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor. Well help you discover your strengths anddevelopment areas in a challenging fun and supportive work environment.
Projects are scoped in alignment with your term length and typically focus on a currentconstruction project.
We are seeking a student to join us for a 48 month coop position starting in
September 2025. This role will have positions available throughout the Greater Toronto Area as well as Pickering Mississauga Port Hope.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Coordinate drawings and work specific scope/trades.
Review trade quotes verify material quantities hours and rates.
Participate in project meetings.
Conduct deficiency walks and update deficiency logs.
Issue warranties.
Take and coordinate progress photos.
Update field drawings and produce asbuilt drawings.
Field Coordination:
Perform quantity takeoffs.
Coordinate subtrade work.
Verify site conditions and coordinate with drawings.
Supervise subtrade work.
Set up and maintain record keeping.
Layout site lines and grades using total station.
Scheduling:
Update project schedules.
Create manual schedules and update schedules
Obtain scheduling information from subtrades.
Create and maintain graphical scheduling
Monitor manpower productivity.
