Your Role
As our Head of Product youll lead the next chapter of product innovation at Plexus. Youll work directly with the CEO and alongside highcalibre functional leaders to redefine how product is builtbringing lean practices cuttingedge AI tools and continuous discovery to the forefront. Youll be instrumental in helping us scale by significantly increasing product velocity and impact while keeping our team focused agile and highperforming.
This role is perfect for a handson strategic thinker who can blend vision with execution lead a small but mighty team and create products that deliver transformational value to enterprise clients.
What Youll Be Doing
Leading weekly product discovery loops including rapid prototyping and user testing.
Driving crossfunctional collaboration with Engineering to define and validate solutions early and often.
Delivering key customer outcomesaiming to lift Net Revenue Retention to 115% increase NPS by 15% and reduce support per active user by 20%.
Bringing structure to chaosusing frameworks like Jobs To Be Done to prioritise initiatives with the highest ROI.
Building and mentoring a lean highperforming team who think like owners.
Championing customer obsession by owning the voice of the customer market insights and the product roadmap.
Driving strategic and dataled decisionsbalancing quick wins with longterm differentiation.
Developing effective gotomarket strategies and working closely with commercial teams to launch new features with impact.
About You
Youre a product leader with depth and versatilityyouve led successful teams in SaaS environments and thrive in small agile fastmoving companies. Youre naturally curious commercially minded and obsessed with creating value for customers.
You likely bring:
Experience as a Head of Product or Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
A track record of driving highimpact outcomes and increasing product velocity without bloating the team.
Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging product development techniques (e.g. Vibe Coding).
An intuitive product sense paired with strong data acumen.
Deep stakeholder management experience and a natural ability to influence across the business.
A growth mindset and a bias for action.
Nice to have: Experience in legal tech or working with inhouse legal teams.
