Casual Sales Ambassador and Team Leader Cairns QLD (Car Required)

- Guide and motivate Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Oversee planning logistics and flawless onground event delivery.
- Drive sales through direct customer interactions and team coaching.
About the Role:
Are you ready to be the driving force behind unforgettable events
As the leader of the team of Ambassadors youll partner with your statebased Operations Manager to turn ordinary community and retail events into extraordinary experiences!
Your mission Lead your team of enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to bring to life and execute infield event requirements of community and retail events within your territory.
- Onground event execution of a calendar of facetoface events.
- Event planning support and logistics inclusive of rostering of staffing for each event.
- Customer facing sales driven conversations.
- Coaching and development of casual Sales Ambassadors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and key brand ambassador during all events.
- Ensure that brand messaging promotional materials and event setups align with the companys objectives and standards.
- Lead onsite activations product demonstrations and sampling efforts.
- Oversee and manage a team of casual event staff ensuring all team members are welltrained motivated and aligned with event goals.
- Provide guidance and direction to event staff ensuring they deliver highquality service and adhere to the events schedule and objectives.
- Monitor performance and conduct team meetings to provide ongoing feedback and motivate staff.
- Organize and lead training sessions for event staff ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to perform their roles effectively.
- Oversee all logistics before during and after events including event setup teardown transportation and storage of materials.
- Manage the storage inventory and condition of event merchandise ensuring it is ready for each event and that stock levels are maintained.

Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in event coordination field leadership or brand ambassador roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail particularly in managing inventory and event logistics.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highenergy environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be adaptable and able to handle lastminute changes with ease.
- Ability to lift and carry event materials and equipment (reasonable accommodations can be made).
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required for events
- Training coaching and motivational skills essential.
- You will possess problem solving skills and can work autonomously.
- You will possess basic skills in the Microsoft office suite.
- Full Australian Drivers License required and your own vehicle.
- LR license beneficial but not essential
- Telco experience preferred but not essential.
