Who are we looking for
Were looking for aProject Managerto join ourDelivery Phase Services (DPS)team in Perth Australia.
Your industry knowledge contacts and proven track record to successfully deliver projects will see youlead gasrelated projects from concept through to feasibility phases for our project delivery group.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Accountability of bids assigned to you as a bid leader
- Delivering the scope of work/services and management/coordination of the team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and the internal team
- Leading coordinating and administering the project from commencement to final deliverables
- Determining significant time schedules and milestones coordinating the participation of responsible entities and defining the major task areas
- Ensuring that the scope of Work is delivered in compliance plans
- Managing project safety scope cost and schedule and providing an environment within which the project team can undertake its functions
- Preparation of the Study and Project Management Plans
- Supervises and monitor the development and progress of schedules and the study
- Maintain the project delivery process to meet the clients goals objectives and expectations
- Maintain safety and risk management systems during the project and ensure compliant Safety in Design processes are adopted and reported
- Resolves problems and may coordinate the project
- Provision of financial monitoring and reporting
- Manage the necessary quality reviews
- Manage the project budget and schedule
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor degree qualifications in Engineering or other relevant discipline
- At least 10 years experience in design/project/operations environment
- Experience in leading complex studies and/or projects in the energy and resources sector (gas) from concept to detailed delivery and/or execution
- A dedicated focus on the clients objectives
- Proven delivery and leadership skills
- Experience in developing proposals budgets and schedules for new studies
- High attention to detail and demonstrate problemsolving and analytical skills
