You wont be alone support is always close at hand. Alongside two senior sonographers including the site manager youll receive thorough orientation and ongoing skills development to help you succeed in your role and grow within the department. We actively support onsite and local educational opportunities and were committed to helping you continue your professional development.
Where youll be working:
Requirements:
- Recognised Tertiary qualificationin Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent and Post Graduate Degree as a Sonographer.
- Eligible for registration with Australian Health Professionals Registration Authority (AHPRA) as a Diagnostic Radiographer
- Current NSW EPA Radiation licence and current registration under ASAR.
- Must hold a post graduate diploma in a specialist area of medical imaging deemed relevant to professional practice by HNELHD.
- Willingness and ability to participate in the Rosters overtime and oncall duties as required by the site and which may change from time to time.
- Current unrestricted drivers license and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes which may involve driving long distances.
- * Based on a minimum 18month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to parttime and contract employees will be made on a prorata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract including any approved extensions. Please note: if your contract ends before the agreed completion date you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive.
