$31.38 to $33.89 Per Hour 11.5% Super NFP Salary Packaging!
Your Role:
Are you a handson problem solver who loves to keep things running smoothly As a Maintenance Officer at BaptistCare youll be the goto person for all things maintenance ensuring our facilities are topnotch and our clients are happy. Imagine spending your days not only fixing buildings and equipment but also adding a splash of colour to our spaces with your painting skills. Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on buildings painting plant and equipment furniture fittings gardens lawns and carparks.
Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
Maintain asset acquisition and disposals in Maintenance Connection.
Manage site vehicles and loading dock areas.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Site Manager on budget planning and asset management.
Purchase and order equipment in accordance with organizational policies.
Report and manage resident and staff complaints regarding maintenance services.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and contractors.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and BaptistCare policies.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 12 months experience in preventative and reactive maintenance systems.
Handson property maintenance experience.
Understanding of operational budget processes.
Experience managing propertyrelated contractors.
A team player with a cando attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Valid drivers license.
Fire Safety Officer training (or willingness to undertake) desirable.
Experience in an Aged Care or Health Care environment.
A genuine alignment to BaptistCares vision purpose and values.

Graceford features 68 individual can enjoy meals in the communal dining room participate in activities in the large activity room visit the hair salon or unwind in the beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens.
