THE POSITION
- Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
- Food preparation
- Customer service and using point of sale
- Always uphold the fantastic customer focus responding to feedback positively and proactively
- Cleaning temperature recording and allergy recording
THE PERSON
- Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
- 12 years of experience in comparable environment
- Talent and drive to work under pressure unsupervised and to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
- Passion for understanding WHS Food Safety & HACCP regulations
